Meet our MD
Marcin set up ENCOM Energy Compliance Consultancy Limited in 2014 based in Milton Keynes and is now in its 5th year. The company offers a wide range of energy compliance services ranging from non-domestic EPC’s, DECs and Air Conditioning Inspections to ESOS, Energy Audits, feasibility studies of design and project management of carbon reduction and energy saving lighting projects.
Marcin is a master’s degree educated, CIBSE accredited ESOS Lead Assessor and Low Carbon Consultant. He is a LEED Accredited Professional with over 10 years’ experience in the energy consultancy field. He is qualified to undertake ESOS Lead assessments and to carry out Energy Audits, Energy Strategies, Non-domestic Commercial Energy Assessments, Level 4 TM44 Air Conditioning Inspections, Display Energy Certificates and Feasibility Studies. Marcin is also a CIBSE accredited ISO 50001 Energy Management Systems auditor.
Marcin has particular expertise with delivering energy audits, having completed hundreds over the course of his career to many high-level clients across all industry types including commercial organisations, NHS and the Ministry of Defence.
Originally from Poland, Marcin has settled with his family in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire and is looking forward to the next 5-year milestone for ENCOM.
