Meet our MD

Founded in 2014 by Marcin Gorecki, ENCOM Energy Compliance Consultancy Ltd is based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, and provides specialist energy compliance and decarbonisation solutions to commercial clients across the UK.

Marcin is a fully accredited Level 5 Energy Assessor and a recognised expert in the field of non-domestic Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), having been among the first assessors accredited when EPCs were introduced in 2009. He is also a qualified ESOS Lead Assessor, supporting clients through every phase of the scheme since its inception and helping more than 80 organisations achieve full compliance.

His expertise includes Energy Audits, Energy Strategies, Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES) advisory, Net-Zero and Decarbonisation Audits, TM44 Air-Conditioning Inspections, Display Energy Certificates (DECs), and Feasibility Studies.

Today, ENCOM, supported by a team of dedicated consultants and accredited energy assessors, has grown into a trusted consultancy delivering a comprehensive range of energy compliance and sustainability services — helping clients meet their statutory obligations and achieve their long-term environmental goals across the UK and Europe.
